Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Amadhatters.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Amadhatters.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. No price protection is offered. All prices are in effect at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards - We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Amadhatters.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. The address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you should be included as your billing information. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be approved prior to shipment of your order.

Sales Taxes

Amadhatters.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Arizona. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales tax or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.

Return Policy

If an item arrives damaged, you must e-mail us immediately upon receipt of the item. You may also call us at (623) 931-1991. We will need your order and tracking numbers, name, and shipping address. At our discretion we will issue you a credit refund for both the product and shipping or we will replace the item depending on our item stock quantity.

Amadhatters.com sells both new and vintage items.

New items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of your shipping date for an exchange or refund of your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. The customer must pay return shipping. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Also include the original packing slip or a copy. If the credit card used on your purchase has expired, we cannot refund your credit account; instead we will issue you store credit.

Vintage item stock numbers begin with “30-“, “300-“, “327-“, and “355-“. Vintage items may be returned within 14 days of your shipping date if the condition of the item was misrepresented in the item description in our catalog at the time of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. The customer must pay return shipping. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Also include the original packing slip or a copy. If the credit card used on your purchase has expired, we cannot refund your credit account; instead we will issue you store credit.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Pricing or Typographical Errors

While Amadhatters.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Amadhatters.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Amadhatters.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Amadhatters.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Amadhatters.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.

General

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Amadhatters.com to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit Amadhatters.com’s rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Arizona law as such law applies to agreements between Arizona residents entered into and to be performed within Arizona. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Arizona.
